We cannot understand the body and our health in isolation from our mind, our emotions, our past and the environment we live in.
Our emotional make up, the way we live, how we experience our daily lives and how we respond to stress, has been medically scientifically proven to affect our health and in the long term be causative to our disease. This is also where our healing lies. Research is showing that this is the missing link in healing.
So if you are sick and you want to help yourself heal it is imperative that you understand the role that your mind, emotions, coping mechanisms and hidden stress play in your health.
Once you gain insight into this then you can embark on becoming your own healer. This does not mean that you don’t use Doctors or other healing modalities, what is does mean is that you take ownership of your healing and work from the inside out to help yourself heal.
We have more power than we know and can heal ourselves but we need insight, guidance and tools in order to do this, it is not a journey we can take entirely without help.
I would love to be your guide through this journey. Healing myself from a brutal cancer and mental health issues means that I have walked this path. This is not always an easy path but it is so worth it. My strength lies in helping people with mental, emotional and spiritual work to help the body heal. I will provide insight, support and tools.
